Can WBTS be charged with crimes against humanity for those who die due to various doctrines, e.g. No Blood?

The way they have everything set up (Thank You, Legal Department) when the JW signs the No Blood Cardâ„¢ they are creating a legal document that will hold up in court that states the decision to refuse blood transfusions is fully informed, theirs, and theirs alone. You cannot sue someone else for a choice that you affirm as your own. You may have been tricked or manipulated into it, but once you sign the document, you are liable for the consequences of that choice.
