We end up staying on JWN for many reasons..

I enjoy the Beer Tap that pops out of my screen..

Whenever I log on to JWN..

I really do believe in the power each of us individually has to help others, if only we can somehow heal from our JW experience. We all need to do that from what we have learned. I am determined to do that.

Funny, to say that love is the answer sounds so simple, but it really is complex. Love requires both head and heart. So to say that love is the answer that god would have us do and be is a real committment.

But in spite of it all, I really believe love is the only answer, the only thing we can somehow control.

The fact is..

Even after decades of being away from the WBT$..

And..

Spending years here..

Everyone is still healing from the Damage,the WBT$ did to all of us..

I have no idea if the healing process ever ends..

I do know,this place helps alot..

Jeff, thank you for bringing your opinions and advice. It's well though out, it's honest, and you present it well. I've benefited from reading them long before I began posting here. Even when I disagree, I respect your point of view

I completely agree about posting your thoughts being self-help as well as reaching out to the others. My posting here began for the same reason.

So thank you again, and I hope you'll be here for a long time to come, helping the many others who come to this forum with questions.

Your sentiments very closely reflect my own. Though I think I'll always be a believer in Christ (whatever you imagine Christ to be). And keep in mind, friend... most of the dubs really DON'T know any better. And most of them are better off that way. :)
