I remember my folks would occasionally find the radio too 'worldly' and would treat themselves to a Kingdom Melodies tape when in the car. That's got to be about the worst. I'm surprised my stepfather didn't fall asleep at the wheel.

I'm talking about the old school tapes from the 80's here. I understand there's been some new Witness hits released in the last 20 years or so. Are they any more funky? I doubt it somehow. I expect they're the same dreary mush but with improved lyrics to reflect the new light.

If I could pull my ears off, I would, I swear.

I almost feel sorry for this lady. I think she really, and I mean really, gets into this.

I will always love you - Witney Houston

I worked at an adult contemporary radio station when that song was released. God help me, I still cringe when I think about it. Every night, every drunk woman in the city would call the radio station to dedicate that stupid song to her man--with love, of course. I swear, the song would end and I would get at least 5 more requests to play it again. I just wanted to kill something everytime the song came up on the playlist.

Whitney bellows like a wounded heiffer and ruined a perfectly good song. Dolly should have kicked her ass.

Oh, I nearly forgot. Widely thought to be the worst album ever.

Lou Reed - Metal Machine Music (it's all equally as bad as the rest, except the very end).
