Largly, i found over the years, the media seldom runs stories on JWs. sure there is the odd sensation in a paper about a child not having blood or something or some brief mention.
Why has the media not got hold of the child abuse situation? With the mainstream church's in Australia and globally, they had a field day. I would go so far as to say that the media was responsible for them having to publicly appologize and pay out millions in compensation.
Not only this aweful situation, but also all the other lies, property holdings, tax dodging, double standards, stock trading, share holding,......
There is so much dirt under the rug that surely somebody has to trip over it soon. the place is scandleous.
Why no investgative journalism?
Have they covered their tracks so well, piled the crap so high that it's too hard? Granted, not every thing said against them will likely be true but i would have thought much would now be public knowledge.
