They are so busy with Jehovah bring it to their attention about pedophiles in the halls that they forgot.
They honestly did not know that a level 3 sex offender should not take care of children. And when it was

Doubting Bro, I know that they were told to send them back and probably most send most of them back. I held one back for my WTS files. Yes, I knew the brother who was in charge of that and he obliged me.
Actually, I'm surprised they missed this annual part. Usually a template is used for each month for things like that, adding in later the things that are unique to that month and year.
