I can certainly empathize. I work with a bully and management hasn't stepped in. They've let me take the fall for some of the things she's caused. I've been a nervous wreck at times because I don't spar with that kind of person, even to the point of being in tears on the way to work. I hope this is just a bit of disorganization for your new job and that it will get better for you.
