Well, I ended up missing that fantastic turkey sammie lunch. Took too much insulin (in anticipation of all the chocolate chip cookies, cobbler, and pudding, of course)... and blood glucose dropped like a hydrogen bomb. Ended up gnoshing on a small-ish bowl of granola... rife with raisins... which, of course, sent my glucose level back up to the moon... so I skipped dinner. Here's to all of you who made it!
Shelby, of the "rachafracharachafrach-stoopid-out-of-control-sometimes-diabetes" class, on her own... and holding up a cold glass of fat-free...
