I've run over a cat. Damn thing ran out into the middle of the street and before I could stop it ran back so I hit it twice. When I stopped to see what happened to the cat it had ran off under a old runned down house. I know it killed it. It was not pleasant cuz I love cats and have had a few as pets. So no I've never thought about taking a bull dozer and running over occupied cars.
