Can you use bacon as cracklins?

    I'll bet that's good, BabyGirl.

Cornbread also goes great with pig tails that have been stewed down in garlic, peppers, and onions.

I feel ashamed to admit this, but I have never tried sweet potato pie.

I do love pumpkin pie though.

    Don't be ashamed, PSac.

Neither has the poster, Outlaw, and perhaps many more.

I don't even know where to buy cracklins. What's wrong with bacon? Bacon makes everything better.

Take, for instance, this light and nutricious salad.

John Doe, the bread is made with cracklins (fried pig skins with a little meat attached). You won't need any oil if you use cracklins.

JD...Just stick with the oil. Damn Sylvia, is there any part of a pig you won't use?? lol
