Those questions are about as genuine as the "experiences" at the Grand Boasting Sessions. The Filthful and Disgraceful Slavebugger is the one that prints them up, not the individual publishers. Anyone that asks a real question is going to be facing the hounders in the back room, and that question will never end up in a washtowel.
They are put there solely to re-affirm that the washtowel beliefs are the truth, and to tie in with a present or future issue. Get people to think they are genuinely interested, and they are more likely to believe that whatever stupid or false answer they print is actually the truth.

I always find that the "names have been changed" is counterproductive. Just leave the name and no one will know!

"Questions from Readers" have, at times, been about "new light" information but they're in the same mag as the article which sheds the "new light" which is proof that the "Questions from Readers" is crap.
