    Take a look at what appears in the "capstone" area of this very old church! (Duomo)

    OK. How about this one....

    This is the Bohemian Club logo.

    Proverbs 30:28

    28 The spider [a] skillfully grasps with its hands,
    And it is in kings’ palaces.

    Next question: who does the spider represent? Could it represent the church spinning tales and luring her capture into the web of deceit?

    "Weaving spiders come not here"....perhaps this is where the kings go to get away from their controllers. Surely we are all aware that religions direct politics and always have.

    In context:

    24There are four things which are little on the earth,
    But they are exceedingly wise:

    25 The ants are a people not strong,
    Yet they prepare their food in the summer;
    26 The rock badgers [b] are a feeble folk,
    Yet they make their homes in the crags;
    27 The locusts have no king,
    Yet they all advance in ranks;
    28 The spider [c] skillfully grasps with its hands,
    And it is in kings’ palaces.

    Would you call the church small? Exceedingly wise?

    I think these are merely giving us examples from the rest of nature - from creatures which are often overlooked even - that we can co-operate and get along together. it doesn't take strength or wealth or greatness or anything the world offers - just wisdom.

    motto in context:

    "Weaving spiders, come not here;
    Hence, you longlegged spinners, hence!
    Beetles black approach not near;
    Worm nor snail, do no offence."
    - William Shakespeare

    A quote from the 1st Fairy in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, act 2, scene. 2. A charm to protect the sleeping Titania from tiny creatures common in England, all harmless, though once thought to be venomous.

    The first line is used as a motto for the club to warn members not to do any deals or planning with each other whilst there, ie its meant (as clubs are) to be a place to relax and socialise rather than do business.

    Nope - nothing to do with church! try again LOL!

    Think outside of the box, emo.

    The expression "phallic mother" appeared in Freud's work in 1933 in the New Introductory Lectures on Psycho-Analysis, in reference to Karl Abraham's interpretation of the image of a spider.

    The phallic mother is an object of fear and dislike. Isn't religion, and especially with WT, often referred to as "Mother"?

    Sorry cameo, sometimes I have a lot of respect for your research projects but on this particular occasion you are way off target. You are trying too hard to make connections which simply aren't there. Look, you've made 3 posts here so far which are completely different.

    If you really want a connection between church and illuminati, check out the artwork in the Church of the Annunciation, Nazareth - it is there, staring you plain in the face, no need for all the theorizing you're trying to do here! Also look into the history of the Knights of St Columba (RC way around their banning of freemasonry!)

    Methinks you've seen too many History channel specials that were intended to hype Angels and Demons.

    what about this final verse from a poem by Sir Walter Scott who was a Scottish Mason

    Sir Walter Scott, Marmion (1808)
    Ohwhat a tangled web weweave,
    When first we practise to deceive!

    Sir Walter Scott, Marmion, Canto vi. Stanza 17.

    In Alex Jones documentary film on the Bohemian Grove where he infiltrated the private Bohemian Grove Club private camp grounds there was a large wooden statue of an Owl to which the club does a fake ritualistic human sacrifice. I believe the owl is called Molech and the fake sacrificial victim called Dull Care.

    All of these "christian " churches use the same logo that the WT once promoted which is supposedly some kind of link to....well, you know. Take a look.

    even Tim LaHayof the "left behind" rapture books is now using this symbol:

    These are just a few of many who are now coming forth to show this symbol in their connections. All of the religions have been united all along under this control.

    Very interesting. Russell was kind of strange in man things, Masonic Symbols, Occult Symbols, he was very friendly towards freemasons. I guess it is all part of the NWO...
