I HATED USA (which is not the same as America) for many years, because of the Viet Nam war. And then for many other reasons. So I had a hard time accepting that the WBTS was situated in Satan's own country ................. Bush didn't make it easier for us. Now, it is improving.

I really like America and Americans generally. I have usually found the people to be a lot friendlier than in the UK, service is loads better on the whole, it's easier to get around and relatively inexpensive compared to the UK. On top of that it has a fabulous range of climates and landscapes. I could definitely live in America.
I certainly am not put off it by the WTS any more than I wouldn't like Italy because of the Catholic church.
