  how many of those numbers are ppl only counting 15 minutes every 6 months?

  it helps you to realize why the changes are happing. 15 minutes to be active, both parents count time and study for family study, you only need to count time once every 6 months to not be inactive.

  How much increase was there due to the 15 minute rule? How much increase in studies with x2 for most families? How much increase in time for wives who could technically never go out in service and sit in on the family study and make 1 comment - this wife would be active and probably have above average hours!!!
