  Does this need comes from wanting to believe that we have not been totally forsaken?

  Or could it be that since the temptation of Eve, mankind has been "cursed" unto death for wanting to be as smart as god, that we feel entitled now to know everything?

  as in, how to use this knowlege to your advantage to obtain power and influence.

  this would of been the most important subject.
