You can't. You have to buy the mild ones.
Ice cream or yogurt will lessen the heat in your mouth.

De-seed them .... and it will reduce the heat some.....
Drink milk to ease the burn.

-shredded chicken
-BBQ sauce
-black beans
-Cholula sauce
-black olives
-tuna
-black pepper
...or any combination thereof.
