Well I for one already quit smoking this year!
I started up when hubby died and have been smoking for almost 5 years..I quit 6 months ago . Cold Turkey!
Just to encourage those that have decided to quit.And those that should! .My daughter's Father in Law just passed away this morning from Emphesema..he was a lifetime smoker..despite the begging and pleading from his wife and children.He is gone..no more to enjoy retirement with his beloved wife...She is sad but also so mad..she was saying"Why didn't he listen to me?..He would still be here with me now."...
Does a loved one nag you? Do you think you are your own boss?..You may feel differently if it was you laying in that hospital bed for the last month gasping to get a breath..
He was a wonderful man..so loving ..a good Father and husband..and now he is gone..all because he wouldn't listen to the warnings..he never thought it could or would happen to him...he will be missed by all that knew him.
