I see nothing on the stones or in that news story posted above that suggest people should be killed.
God said "become many"......did he say to keep doing it in 2009 even though the command had already been carried out? If he did, then he needs to be impeached.
I'm not concerned that someone wrote on a stone a suggestion that there should be a universal language, any more than I'm concerned about anything else anyone writes on stones.
