If a congregation as a group were to go against the directives of the WTS, the congregation would most likely be dissolved, the elders and MS removed, and a great number of the congregation df'd.

The funny (or sad) thing is that WT thinking turns on and off like a switch. If the GB decided tomorrow that Christmas was "ok" to celebrate - every JW would run out and buy a Christmas tree without another thought. JWs don't think on their own and if it comes from the GB ... well, it comes from Jehovah Himself!

You could celebrate it for them, by decorating the trees in front of the KH with ornaments. That would be anice way to spread the cheer and get them started.

Tempting to just tape a beautiful "Wishing You A Very Merry Christmas" card on the KH front door. Boy, they would HATE to see that!
