I guess they did extend the Waste of Paper Distribution Campaign in territories where they didn't finish on time.

This latest tract campaign is every bit as pathetic as the previous ones. My JW mother was telling me that they are not attempting to engage in lengthy discussions with the householders, but that they are simply "offering a Bible message". The goal is to just distribute as many tracts as possible.

It is as if the Watchtower leadership doesn’t even want their members to try to engage with people anymore. All they have to offer are these vacuous, dumbed down publications being passed off as "life saving water".

Billions of lives are at stake, and the best that Jehovah of Armies can do is have leaflets tossed from door-to-door? With the proliferation of radio, internet, and cable TV - this is the best method to spread the life saving news? I don’t think so. This is all about continuing an organizational tradition and keeping the rank and file busy.

Yeah, they stick a piece of paper in your box or in the door and then think "Jehovah will love me for doing that"!..I wonder if anyone ever ever became a JW because of a tract left in a door?

    Snoozy..

Didn't underware also used to be called "Tracts"?

I've been trying figure out why they even bother with this kind of aproach to getting the word out. All I can come up with is it keeps the rank and file thinking they have a point and it is an easy way to get them out going door to door. Most JWs would probably go out in service more if they didn't have to actually engage anyone in a conversation. This is an easy way to count time.

Too many never been JW's and former 'Bible' Studies know what questions to ask the JW's.

That's why they have their new method employing the 'hit and run' approach.

The internet is busting the Jehovah's Witness cult wide open in Western lands.
