Change can be unsettling. However, there are postive ways to look at the situation. Sounds like you don't have major attachments, so you're free to choose any path you want at this point. That can be very liberating. Is there a career you've always dreamed about pursuing? A place to live you've always dreamed about? What person do you want to become?
The risks of the road less travelled makes the destination all the more sweet. Sacrifice engenders appreciation. At least that's what I tell myself.
I guess you're not coming back to Arkansas?

I am thinking I will come back to Arkansas to visit and eventually to die. I picture me sitting on a bench looking at the Arkansas River taking my last breath. I am not trying to be morbid, just that I have thought about it.
