That BBQ I had with the "waffle grill" cooked nice and slow on a low and even flame. It took hous but it was so damn good.
My Mom bought this little round BBQ for apt owners. It really works well on a low flame. Nice even heat.
Of course I never clean my grill. The Al Bundy Approach. I just crank it up b4 I use it
