I am not totally familiar with your view to Christ ... never the less I shall quote him ... " forgive them Lord for they know

not what they do " these words were recorded as being said by the Christ toward the soldiers that had nailed him

to the cross/stake whatever. Yes I am glad to be free of a mental prision but this above quote is the attitude I preferr to

take towards those still left behind !

Anger is usually just frustration due to a lack knowledge and understanding... always seeking the full depth

of perception on any matter, tends minimize anger thus calmness. In other words, don't just look at the words or actions

but their true cause , motivation and intent . When you accept the whys every begins to fall into place !
