What happens when you move far away right in the middle of a Judicial case

Something is eluding me here. Why would you care? Are you wanting to go to another cong. and start over as a JW "study" and come in again without your past following you?

If they feel like it, they could treat it as a no show. Meaning, it would be similar to what would happen if you didn't show up for the initial hearing. You would probably get disfellowshipped in your absence.
