"Chief Agent" is a whole lot different to being the one who is spoken of as "resurrects". Note that the caption nowhere mentions "Chief Agent", nor "Jehovah"; it simply statesthat Jesus resurrects.

Perhaps the Tower is going through another one of it's phases of putting more emphasis on Christ. I recall reading in COC that after the governing body wrested control from the corporations the same thing happened for a time. It's just part of the pendulum they operate on. Although I have to say I never got the impression that the org put Christ on the back burner. I've just come to know that it's distorted alot of what he teaches in an effort to control people and uphold it's own authority.
