Because if the brain cells get too excited they begin to think involuntarily. It's like when the beekeepers smoke the bees. It relaxes them. You come at them while they are frazzled and all hell will break loose.

Because they are dumbed down. They take the same crap and recycle it repeatedly, and they now have to stick very closely to the outline. Every little thing that used to help liven up the boasting sessions a bit has been taken away so they can follow the Filthful and Disgraceful Slavebugger more closely.

It's part of the mind-controlling process, puts your brain to 'twilight zone' so they can say anything over and over again & it gets stuck eventually.

One theory is that these meetings are a kind of group hypnosis. The same things are said over and over, and it induces mental drowsiness. Then they can drop in suggestions and ideas about what they want you to do for them (more, more, more) or how you should view something.
