I'm thinking ear and nose hair that has to be watched and removed before it gets unsightly. Or maybe the useless appendix that nobody pays attention to until it becomes life threatening and has to be taken out immediately. Wisdom teeth that have to be pulled out because they are crowding the rest of the teeth. How about male nipples?
I wouldn't say butt because the butt area, although the butt of many jokes, does perform many vital functions.
