I don't know about the preaching all the world thing as far as whether they have physically reached the entire planet , they do not expect to make a visit to every house on the planet but apparently have tried to reach the leaders of countries .
The scriptures says the good news preached in all nations, not every individual person. I guess a lot of things are based on faith, and that basically is what its all about, obedience to Christ and follow his footsteps produces good relationship with God because of clean conscience by trying to practice the word show repentance and progression, there fore one gets more faith trust and faith are linked.
