Well, my doggie had surgery this week and today is her first full day home. Poor thing can't walk on her back legs for a while, so we've been keeping a close eye on her, lifting her outside to go to the bathroom, putting ice packs on her knee that was operated on. I played scrabble on Facebook with Tara (2 games), A&W (I think we're on our third game) and Uzzah. Made sirlion medalions with roasted potatoes and salad for supper. Took my other dog for a good walk in the snow.

IP_SEC I asked for everything to be sent to me. Just a handful of Spam. Favorite searches from ebay. for example, if I am looking for size 7 Narrow shoes, they send me an email telling me what all is new to ebay. I get about 15 a day. Hardly ever look at them. Don't delete them.

I slept in a bit, went to the post office to mail some packages. Went to work, gave a deep tissue massage that was the deepest I've done in a while, really healthy guy who kept saying I could use more pressure. whew! Went through a consignment shop looking at furniture. Came home, ate some dinner. Sitting here fantasizing. It's a six hour drive to San Simeon where the elephant seals are. I could arrive there in the middle of the night, sleep late, go see the elephant seals and walk on the beach, and drive six hours back. Not.

Yep, we put a towel under her and lift up her back end, she can shuffle on her front legs enough to get outside to do her business. She's supposed to rest as much as possible, I have frozen pea packs to put on her knee several times a day and am supposed to do some massage and flexing, although that didn't go over too well with her earlier and now I'm afraid to do it again! .

When I had my appendix out, I didn't want anybody massaging and flexing me!!!!
Tried something new with my hair this morning, preparation for tomorrow at the salon. LOL Ate pizza, had a martini, watched "Rush Hour 3", talked to two friends on the phone, washed two loads of clothes, watched "The kingdom", watched Food Network for a bit. Took a nap. Slept as much as possible, in between. I had a long week at work, I am not pushing it, just taking it easy.
