Would they vote as a group for Republicans, Democrats, or Independant? And who would the Society encourage them to vote for?

I started voting since the WT had a QFR on voting. I have been a registered Republican ever since. I voted for Huckabee several weeks ago.

Ron Paul is also very supportive of homeshooling, is pro life, and doesn't believe in evolution.
Looks like we have the ideal JW candidate!

They can (kinda of) just dont get caught. So many JW's are poor and need the social welfare net I figure most would vote for the most socialist of candidates availble on the ballot.
The society will push for those who would insure tax free status and other regulations that favor them hiding as a "religion". The WT already pushes that agenda... especially on local levels. Mostly matters of property development and zoning.

Either that or they would have a vote within themselves and then send out a letter to all congregations on who to vote for.They would have one of their own "Governing Body" running for president!

I don't know, JW's do have conservative views on many social issues, but they care MOST about their freedom to go door to door (Jehovah will handle the rest of course) and to avoid a mandatory draft. So I think in any election they would vote for the candidate who most supported those two topics.
