MsMcDucket....thank you for the Ohio Players. I love them. I love Herb Albert, Santana, Blood, Sweat, And Tears.
But, how could you all forget Rick James' horn section? RIP, Rick.
Bustin' Out.
Here's a Rick James video for you, Tatiana! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sVZfm7qXY9A Who does he bring to mind?
Tatiana, I don't know if Rick is wearing drawls or a Speedo at the end of this video! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XFmQAQ9EDeM
'IF' fronted by two tenor saxes, Dick Morrisey and Dave Quincy, both Jazz musicians who also their own bands for years before venturing into the Jazz/Rock genre. Terry Smith is the guitarist. Terry has flown under the radar for most of his professional life and has only cut two solo LP's, but his body of work with 'IF' has been unequalled by any of the rock/jazz bands of the era.

Hillary that "If" song was different. I have never heard of the group. Tatiana, I've got Eddie Murphy's song "Party All The Time" in my favorites!

How did you like the combo? Charley Murphy cracks me up every time.

I had never seen the story about Rick James and Eddie Murphy's couch. I was, usually, at work when Dave Chappelle came on. I worked, mostly, second or third shifts all my life.
