I consider this to be a big encroachment on one's privacy, if private text messages between two people can be read by a third party without consent from the sender and reciever, just as evil as having your phone wiretaped. I'm surprised that they could do such a thing and not get sued.
Anyway who business is it anyway who's screwing who? Just like when Bill Clinton got a blow job, and they impeached him for it, and they let GW Bush get away with lying to congress in order to war with Iraq, there is something terribly wrong with the US's judical system.
