They occasionally past by some floating McDonald's and they stocked up.
Due to not having the appropriate food for the animals , some of the animals, well actually alot died during the event and therefore diner was served
At least it was fresh and unspoiled.

Funny answers but a good question. I imagine they had to eat the eggs the chickens laid and milk the cow, besides that I'm stumped. Eggs and milk for over a year in an enclosed box.

Well, since Freddie Franz had to wait several thousand years to be born and screw everything up, I suspect that Mr. Noah might have eaten Mrs. Noah. That is, if he wanted to keep her happy and save his marriage. There is no Biblical record that Mrs. Noah complained about her marriage, so that is anecdotal evidence that Mr. Noah kept her content.
