I found the scientist these guys are quoting. His name is John R. Christy, and he did not win the nobel prize. So he can not refuse to accecpt the prize do to the fact he did not win one. He is also on the payroll of Exxon Mobil as a GW skeptic according to Greenpeace. Hence not a credible scientist.

Much like Dr. BeHe is on the payroll of several intelligent design groups, and is not considered a credible scientist when he denouces evolution.

Strangely, even though Gore could not have done anythying without his panel, he is the one who gets the glory and the prize and money. The panel get's an letter congratulating them on their accomplishments. Although they are nobel prize winners. a Bible Student in Chicago was on that panel.

LOL. That "quack" works at Los Alamos National Laboratories and has done work on grassland carbon cycle dynamics:

Last I checked, models and simulations are pretty important to climate science.

Panel 2 on "Three-dimensional (3D) modeling and simulations" was chaired by Chris Borel of the Los Alamos National Laboratory.

Sounds pretty credible to me.

If you are correct in your assumption 5go, then many scientists the IPCC relies on for their case are not qualified to speak or write on the matter either.

How do I come to my conclusion? Well, much of the case made by the IPCC relies on the opinions of Geologists (the proxy studies involving climate based on examination of ocean bottom cores fossil records, etc.), Biologists (tree Ring record proxy studies), Physicists (isotope studies from ice cores and theoretical basis for the case that CO2 does what it does in the atmoshpere in the first place), computer scientists (for the those famous climate models which are the sole basis for all those wild claims that the sea level will rise 20 feet or more in the next fifty years), and many other assorted specialties the IPCC looks to for its wild claims. I think they even look to social scientists for their dire predictions on the societal effects on the human population from global warming. So get off your high horse there pard.
