So, the GB wants the flock to "power down" and become humble.

But, the GB remains all powerful, authoritative, and ever-increasingly willing to fleece the flock....(i.e. not give meaningful retirement packages for life-long elders/ex-Bethelites, etc). Sounds like the GB is hurting for AU (gold).

Save the blank picture to your "My Pictures" folder. right click and edit in Paint. Click text, and play around. Save it to Photobucket.... Copy the link into the "insert picture" button next to the smiley/emoticon button.... Voila!
