I UNDERSTAND THAT NEXT OCTOBER THIS ACT WILL COME INTO FORCE.

I WONDER IF MANY JWS ARE GOING TO HAVE TO GET A JOB INSTEAD OF PIONEERING OR WHATEVER.

Bad Boy you fly the union jack but your post sound american. Do you have social security and welfare in England? Or are you American?

I looked at the other post and it appears you use the same terminology, welfare and social security that we use in the states.

So what's changing about the way it is now? I'm not familiar with the welfare system across the Atlantic.

Instead of claimants automatically getting incapabliity benefit and/or income support. they will get a work employment allowance, those assesssed as being able to work will be expected to work.

The emphesis will be on what people can do, not what they can't.

IF IT LEADS TO SOME ACTUAL HELP THAT WOULD BE GOOD.

Badboy, that's almost a sentence, but not quite. As written it's incomprehensible.
