How much will WTS make because of California wildfires?

My thought was, How will WTS benefit from this?

What actual loss of Kingdom Halls or homes and businesses of JW's will be used
to ask that members donate more to the worldwide work?

This is a huge petpeeve of mine. "Just send us money and we will decide how to
help. Don't go there or help anyone on your own. Get approved by us, let the individuals
come directly to us."

A side comment, I was talking to a 'sister' (JW) yesterday who was worried about being evacuated...she went off on how she had never seen anything like this before, and it's a "sigh of the times." And even her born again neighbor (her comment) was telling her that this was a sign of the "end times."

I wanted to say on the news they talked about a fire vortex in Japan in 1923 that killed 38,000 people in 15 minutes. I wonder what the Revelation book says about that sign.

As in all cases, any disaster will be opportunistically used to the full by the WTBS.
