Are we just domesticated animals?

    Good observation, it is funny how many ways we can look at things. I see you are getting the bigger picture in this one. Of course in the way in which the government (paradoxical use) views us is as satistics, mass control, and profitablity,, keeping out of the red and in the blue, "productive" citizens loyal to the state.

    there have always seemed to be a small group of shepherds who have manipulated, fleeced and slaughtered the sheeple...they domesticated the herds of mankind.

    Civilization simply works better, and so, it is a further adaptation of evolution. You can see traces of this in many other animal species, elephants, cape buffalo, canines. All animals w social structures.

    That's how I came to that conclusion. It's easier to domesticate animals that already have a social structure, like dogs for example.

    The ones our masters can't domesticate usually they put them in cages

    But seriously we can be relatively less domesticate then most but it's not easy.
