It looks like he is comparing the mystery birth of the Roman Empire with the mystery birth of Jesus! The Roman Empire was already established prior to Christ birth! Herod the Great was made like a secondary position and he was threaten by them. Herod the Great died around 6B.C. to 4 B.C. which would make Jesus a child coming out of Egypt in Mathew 1. Later they divided the kingdom between Herod's sons, one example in Luke was called Herod the tetrach of Galilee.

More interesting is how can anyone every think they know when Jesus death occurred if they do not know his birth! And they would not know when Acts, Penticostal, happened so the WTBTS can not make claim of another date!

Roman Empire is very interesting and somethings did not change in Jerusalem. The Romans allowed the countries to maintain a certain amount of freedom like the use of language. That would make Paul very interesting person because of his higher education and he worked for the soldiers. So would that make his father part of the miltary since he was a high officer? Perhaps his mother was from the tribe of Benjermin, and married a Roman officer? Just a thought! I go to bed now it's very late!
