    Ezra 1: 1 In the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, in order to fulfill the word of the LORD spoken by Jeremiah, the LORD moved the heart of Cyrus king of Persia to make a proclamation throughout his realm and to put it in writing:

    Mine is tricky, I'll be interested if anyone can figure it out.

    The close of the book records the proclamation of Cyrus the Great permitting the Jews to return to their own land, and this forms the opening passage of the Book of Ezra, which is viewed as a continuation of the Chronicles, together with the Book of Nehemiah. According to Jewish tradition, Ezra the scribe was regarded as the author of Chronicles. There are many points of resemblance between Chronicles and the Book of Ezra which seem to confirm this opinion.

    If you are in Ezra 1, that means Chronicles is over.

    Job 38:8, 11 "And who barricaded the sea with doors,
    Which began to go forth as when it burst out from the womb;"

    "And I went on to say, 'This far you may come, and no farther;
    And here your proud waves are limited'?"

    My avatar's a "blow hole" from somewhere. Not sure about the location.

    I cheated and used the new "Search" function.

    From Para's own fingertips I give you:

    Paralipomenon is actually an alternative name for the book of Chronicles. I liked it instantly because the meaning of the word would completely escape any hardcore witness. Since Chronicles is a book of the bible, I picked a book avatar.
