LL, so sorry for the delay. I actually didn't remember this until the other day and had to dig through my purse for the receipe. Here you go!
Mix simple syrup w/ lime concentrate (they use concentrate over fresh limes due to the cost), combine w/ Cruzan Citrus Rum, mix in fresh ground spearmint leaves...serve on the rocks.
I never had one before and tried it while I was there. I guess everyone has different tastes. I prefer vodka based cocktails. To me, it tasted like feet.

Are you still interested in Mojito recipes? I have some great ones and would be willing to share. I even have Fidel Castro's private recipe I got from a Cuban bartender.
I also feel the Cheesecake's one is not that great because it doesn't make good use of fresh ingredients.
Fresh ingredients, how the flavors are released, and most importantly, how it is savored, equals a nice Mojito.
