Now this is disgusting. What should happen is that only AFTER an assembly is finished should funds be sent to the WWW. They are resolving to send money to the WWW guaranteeing there is going to be a deficit. In the example above if 2500 had not been sent to the WWW then the assembly would be only 200 dollars in deficit.
