Whiskey and bourbon preferences?

I am now working on a bottle of Evan Williams 1783 11 year aged small batch bourbon. I enjoy straight on the rocks.

I'm not picky, but my preference is any top-shelf cognac, bourbon, whiskey, or scotch - chilled and neat. I have a thing for Gentleman Jack, American Honey, and Crown Black. My motto is top-shelf is for drinking neat, lower shelves are for mixing.
