I believe that accounts of that type exist or could be created.

Yes, Juni, it IS nice. I've gotten a lot of good JW-related advice and help (as I have never been a JW), from this board. The WTS is a whole different and strange world to me.....not to mention hard to understand.

I'm no lawyer, but would it be possible to do something like this: set it up with your attorney so that the portion you wish to leave to him, automatically goes toward paying off his mortgage or car loan, or some other bill that would help him and his wife out? Of course, as someone else said, even if he respected your wishes and didn't give any inherited money to the WTS, he could still feel as though he were on "easy street" and give more of his own money...which amounts to the same thing.
