I like names with dignity like Esmerelda, but other than that, my imagination escapes me right now. You can find all kinds of name resources on the internet.   We had the cage outside ............my daughter put something in the cage and the bird bit her.......she yanked her hand out and the bird came with her finger outside the cage........jumped on the cage for quite a time and flew off

  You don't sound too upset purps. I only had one nice love bird - Peaches. My other one, Buddy, was a biter. And their bite hurts like heck.

  horrible life

  Put an ad in the paper. Place it for several days. My brother had his cockatiel returned this way. Actually, the people found it, and kept it, but the bird didn't like them. So they finally called. haha.

  If the bird was hand fed, then it will gravitate to humans, especially good, since its summer, and kids will be out and about. Put up some flyers also. Kids will be on the lookout for a bright green bird. Good Luck, I just love my bird. They do have such a personality.
