  The thing is, i can picture myself making repeated requests to not talk about JW's to my son/daughter and them requests being ignored unless i threaten something drastic. I have known it happen

  Yeah, but, if you were with a young JW kid, maybe you'd try to convince him the JWs were a cult? (You might not, I don't know) If you did, and his parents found out, they'd be very annoyed. Should you have respected their wishes, or did you do the right thing by trying to save them? Which is more important? This is how they think, except the situation is reversed. Yeah, any requests will definitely be ignored, I don't know what the best thing to do is.

  I agree, but to be honest i wouldnt try the kid i'd try the parents. i would respect the parents wishes to be the ones in control although your right, their ideas work one way and not the other.

  That's how the dubs are they are so opinionated when it becomes to believing that god mandated them to save the world from a soon to be destruction. One has to show them this perception is completely wrong and god never assigned to them such a task that this is a barefaced lie of their leaders. Even if the end is to come soon they can't save anyone even their GB and themselves.

  That's there schtick it's what they do. If you run into a commedian they will tell you a joke. If you run into a musician, he will play you a song. If you run into a witnoid, they will tell you to go to meetings. It's a simple program. The loop just keeps repeating.
