Meant to post this yesterday, but been so busy with life and marriage!

Yesterday was my 20th week Anniversary on the day that I quit smoking!

It feels so good to be smoke free, my wife is happier and so is my bank account, LOL!

Any quitters out there? How ya'll feeling?

Congratulations. I just passed a year. I am actually learning effective, non-destructive coping skills for the first time in my life. I learned this past year that losing is just that. It doesn't feel bad, but it doesn't mean I have to suck a butt-load of poisonous chemicals into my lungs as a result. Yeah, I recommend not smoking to everyone.

Congrats, all you smoke-free peoples!! I have a lot of respect for those who can and DO make it, to quit.... (Never been a smoker myself, but my dad finally quit after 50 years of smoking, using the patch.... I know it was really difficult for him--but he did it!!)
