Remember them? Heck I organized them
My daughters were born in 72 and 76. They had many friends in the cong the same ages and we had many parties and sleepovers. I organized trips for the kids in the summer, Man and His World, firehall, Old Montreal etc. I arranged picnics and a dance or two at a rented hall.
By the mid 80s when I left, the WTS and elders were beginning to crack down and discourage these events. Too bad because they were desperately needed
