Can Animals Talk?

    Animals do talk..Sounds,movement and eye signals..I live in the wilderness..I see it amongst all of them..I see it in my own pets..They are very clear in thier communication..You just have to be willing to learn...OUTLAW

    I asked my dog, "Whats on top of the house?" and he said, "Roof". I also asked him, "How does sandpaper feel?" and he said, "Rough". So it appears to me, he can talk!
