He didn't give me a reason, but the books did go to the curb and have been collected :-)
Poor guy is having a hard time these days. He is a fallen-away Catholic who became a Witness and then met and married a born-to-it Witness who is now attending the Catholic Church.
I think he's sort of going in the direction of thinking he doesn't want to hear about religion period... But then I also went through that stage.
Anyway, I'm glad the bound volumes are gone.
