Wedding rings also are tied to palm reading. The finger they are worn on corresponds to the love line on your hand.

    Here You go

Quotes from 1952-1972 about how wedding rings ARE pagan but are OK because lots of things are pagan but not forbidin in the Bible.

    http://www.watchtowerinformationservice.org/index.php/watchtower_quotes/do/wedding_rings/

"It is thus seen that the precise origin of the wedding ring is uncertain. Even if it were a fact that pagans first used wedding rings, would that rule such out for Christians? Not necessarily. Many of today’s articles of clothing and aspects of life originated in pagan lands. The present time divisions of hours, minutes and seconds are based on an early Babylonian system. Yet, there is no objection to a Christian’s using these time divisions, for one’s doing so does not involve carrying on false religious practices."

    Hope This Helps

The Jews previously worshipped a whole manner of different Gods, including the planet Saturn. The ring used to represent the ring of Saturn. Saturn was given the name EL, which is why you become an EL-der, why you become EL-ected and IS-RA-EL is a combination of all the God's worshiped by the ancients, ISIS, RA and EL.

How did ancient Israelites know that Saturn had a ring?

Considering no one saw them until Galileo used a telescope in 1610. Then the rings were not confirmed until 1659.

Sure Sam , they are more than likely going to read word for word from what you've already discovered anyways. Even if rings were used for the purpose of pagan ideology that's not

how they are used today, so you may be trying to climb a tree with no branches............good luck

Which is where things get really iffy. Take Christmas, or easter for example. They STARTED out as a Pagan celebrations, but that is not what they are today and those are banned.

Its Funny with the witnesses when so much effort goes to proving that things are wrong because of how they started and not how they are today, especially when the witnesses are not allowed to really look to see where and how their religion started.
